This website is operated by Bianka Parázs, trading as Parbiart Studio (sole trader, VAT: HU56618088). By visiting and purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General These Terms apply to all users of the site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products We sell handmade ceramic artworks and related products. As items are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, and finish are natural and part of their character. Product images are as accurate as possible, but monitor display may affect colour representation.

3. Pricing All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

6. Returns and Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order.

7. Consumer Rights (EU) If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including the right to a remedy for defective goods and the right of withdrawal.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, and artwork — is the intellectual property of Bianka Parázs / Parbiart Studio. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Parbiart Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
