Shipping across Hungary

Shipping within Hungary

Orders are delivered via GLS or another courier service within 2–14 working days after dispatch. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by public holidays, severe weather, or peak periods such as Christmas.

International Shipping

We ship internationally and will quote for available courier services. The shipping cost will be added at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for customs charges or import duties applicable in the destination country, nor for courier delays once the item has left Hungary.

Returns & Refunds

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@parbiart.com within this period.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the return shipping or arrange a GLS return label via the GLS return service.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damage. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with EU consumer rights law.

Items returned damaged due to improper packaging by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.

We are an independent artisan ceramics studio and encourage you to consider your purchases carefully, as many pieces are unique works of art.
