Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@parbiart.com. Returns must be sent to: 4164 Bakonszeg, Kádár Vitéz street 27, Hungary.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Under EU consumer protection law, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for defective or damaged goods. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care goods. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal: As required by EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@parbiart.com within the 14-day period. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@parbiart.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
