At PARBIART STUDIO, every piece is made with care, patience, and intention. Most of our ceramics are handmade to order, which means they don’t come from a warehouse shelf — they are created especially for you, from raw clay to finished artwork. 🤍

🏺 Made-to-Order Production Time

Many of our products are created after your order is placed.
Because ceramics require multiple stages (forming, drying, firing, glazing, and final firing), production can take up to 4 weeks.

We kindly ask you to:

  • Please read product descriptions carefully

  • Allow extra time for handmade production

  • Remember that delays are not a lack of care — they are part of the process

Each piece takes the time it needs to become something long-lasting and meaningful.

📦 Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped after production is completed

  • You will receive a confirmation once your parcel is on its way

  • Shipping times depend on your location and the courier service

This is a standard Delivery Service which will usually be 2 - 5 working days after your order is made and sent out either by GLS or if applicable another courier service. Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for delays due to public holidays or inclement weather conditions or busier periods in the lead up to Christmas.We package every item with great care to ensure it arrives safely, but please note that shipping times do not include production time.

Shipping International

If you are ordering from outside Hungary we will be happy to quote for any international courier services available. Once confirmed; the cost will be added to the checkout section automatically for you to select. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any customs charges local to overseas countries and cannot control any courier delays once any item leaves Hungary.

♻️ Returns & Exchanges

Please be aware that PARBIART Ceramics is an independent artisan business and as such encourages you consider your purchases carefully to ensure you are truly happy with any unique pieces of ceramic art you buy. Because most items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color or size preferences clearly stated in the description

However, if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue, and we will do our best to find a fair and kind solution.

Szállítási és visszaküldési tájékoztató

PARBIART STUDIO

A PARBIART STUDIO-ban minden darab gondossággal, türelemmel és odafigyeléssel készül. Termékeink nagy része megrendelésre készül, ami azt jelenti, hogy nem egy raktár polcáról kerül hozzád, hanem kifejezetten neked formálódik meg – az agyagtól a kész tárgyig. 🤍

🏺 Megrendelésre történő készítés – elkészítési idő

Sok termékünk csak a rendelés leadása után készül el.
A kerámiakészítés több, időigényes lépésből áll (formázás, szárítás, égetés, mázolás, újraégetés), ezért az elkészítési idő akár 4 hét is lehet. Elkészülés után 2-5 nap alatt Magyarországon belül kiszállításra kerül a terméked.

Kérjük, rendelés előtt:

  • Figyelmesen olvasd el a termékleírásokat

  • Számolj a kézműves készítéshez szükséges idővel

  • Vedd figyelembe, hogy az idő nem a törődés hiánya, hanem a minőség része

Minden tárgy annyi időt kap, amennyire szüksége van ahhoz, hogy tartós és szerethető legyen.

📦 Szállítási információk

  • A rendeléseket az elkészítés után adjuk fel

  • A feladásról visszaigazolást küldünk

  • A szállítási idő a választott futárszolgálattól és a kézbesítési címtől függ

A szállítási idő nem tartalmazza az elkészítési időt.
Minden csomagot nagy odafigyeléssel csomagolunk, hogy biztonságban érkezzen meg hozzád.

♻️ Visszaküldés és csere

Mivel a legtöbb termék egyedileg, megrendelésre készül, nem áll módunkban visszavételt vagy cserét biztosítani az alábbi esetekben:

  • meggondolás

  • a leírásban egyértelműen feltüntetett szín- vagy méretbeli eltérés miatti elégedetlenség

Amennyiben:

  • a termék sérülten érkezik meg

  • nem azt a terméket kaptad, amit rendeltél

kérjük, a kézhezvételtől számított 48 órán belül vedd fel velünk a kapcsolatot, fotók csatolásával, és mindent megteszünk egy korrekt és emberi megoldásért.

A PARBIART STUDIO egy kis, független alkotóműhely, nem tömeggyártás.
Amikor tőlünk rendelsz, az alábbiakat választod:

  • lassú alkotást a gyors fogyasztás helyett
